The space The apartment is on an intermediate floor, very well ventilated and sea view of the suite window. Wide balcony. Our living room is very spacious, great for accommodating a group of friends or family with plenty of comfort and structure. Here's a look at the structure we have: - Accommodate 4 people (all in double beds) and we have a single mattress (on the floor) for a 5th guest - Wall air conditioning in the two bedrooms, City Hall - Ceiling fan in both bedrooms and in the living room, - TV in the living room - High-speed Wi-Fi - 2 bedrooms being a main suite, - Kitchen with: blender, sandwich maker, coffee maker, set of pots and pans, set of cutlery, utensils in general, washing machine, refrigerator... We kindly ask you to inform us at least 2 days in advance of the exact time of your arrival so that we can accompany you. ⚠️ Attention: • The condominium does not allow check-in without accompaniment. If the guest tries to access it alone, there may be a fine, which will be the guest's responsibility. • If the arrival time is not agreed in advance, entry will not be possible. Access 🚪 • Main entrance: pedestrian access (facing the beach). • Side entrance: vehicles only, upon prior submission of the car document. For your convenience, the guest receives an individual access card, issued by the condominium. In case of loss, it will be necessary to request a new card from the administration, upon payment of the fee of R$50.00, which corresponds to the cost of issuance.
