From weightlifting to cardio, we have everything for a comprehensive workout, including a T-Zone Vibration Technology machine, dumbbells (1kg to 50kg), kettlebells, an InTouch Massage Chair for post-workout relaxation, and much more. Safety and enjoyment are our priorities, so gym access is by appointment when I'm home, and a waiver is required for use. Your room is upstairs and comes with all the essentials: an iron, ironing board, and hairdryer. The toilet and shower are just a hop, skip, and a jump away from your room. Fully-Stocked Kitchen and Community Living Our kitchen is equipped with a coffee machine, microwave, toaster, Airfryer, and large fridge with water and ice. Enter PIN Code: - Enter your PIN code and press the star (*) button. - Successful Entry: You will hear a "Ding dong dang dong" sound. - Failed Entry: You will hear a "Ding dong ding dong" sound. 4. Open the Door: - The door will unlock within one second after a successful PIN entry. **When opening the door from the inside press the silver button to unlock the door rather than turning the latch. **If the alarm goes off just put in the code and press star to stop it. You can access it by entering through the large white privacy fence we have around the property, there are two red doors. The one on the left down the stairs leads to our gym! The one on the right up the stairs leads to the Pool Table and your room. To get to the washing machines and dryer, clothes line, chickens, hot tub and ice bath you can also walk down the right hand side of the house. When you walk inside the house you will turn right into the pool table room and your room is the first door on the right. During your stay You're not just booking a roo; you're joining a cool little community. The house is home to me and 1 other tenant, and I hang out in a self-contained area downstairs. I'm a creative actor, photographer, and producer, so I'm always up for a chat, or to give some local advice. If you're keen on breaking a sweat, join me for the KettleBell 300 group workout. It's a killer routine but a ton of fun. And hey, if you're a coffee lover, you're in good company. I practically run on the stuff. I usually head to the local cafe in the mornings, and you're more than welcome to join. Coffee is my 'other water,' after all. Other things to note We've got two outdoor cats, Leo and Pancake, who are basically the unofficial welcoming committee. They're shorthair ginger cats who are super affectionate. If they're craving some love, they'll let you know. But hey, if you're not a cat person, no worries—just give 'em the boot outside. And speaking of animals, we're all about reducing waste here. Above the sink, you'll find a chook food compost container. Feel free to toss all your food scraps in there instead of the bin. The chooks will thank you for the gourmet meal! Finally, we're all about that 5-star experience, and a clean space plays a big part in that! I don't charge for cleaning, so any help you can give to keep the place neat is super appreciated. You'll find cleaning supplies in the kitchen and bathroom—feel free to use 'em! If something's not up to your standard, please let me know ASAP. I can't fix what I don't know about, right?
