No booking will be confirmed with a pet without prior approval. Pet Fee: A standard non refundable pet fee of $375 per pet will be charged to cover additional cleaning. This fee will be included in the booking invoice. For Airbnb, we will send a payment request. House Rules: Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds. Pets must be house-trained and well-behaved. Pets must not be left unattended in the home unless they are in a crate. Guests must clean up after their pets both inside and outside the property. Enforcement and Penalties: Violation of the pet policy (e.g., bringing unapproved pets, exceeding the weight limit, etc.) will result in additional charges and possible cancellation of the booking without a refund. Guest will be required to take full responsibility for any injury to their pet. We will also monitor any barking and disruptive noise and guest will be notified on this. Long-Term Stays For stays of 30 nights or more, a deep cleaning is required. The cleaning fee will be doubled and adjusted after booking. A mid-stay or end-of-stay cleaning will be scheduled to help keep the home fresh and comfortable. Our goal is to ensure that the property remains in excellent condition for all our guests. The deposit is fully refundable, provided the home is left in the same condition as upon check-in. Guests assume liability for any personal injuries during their stay and acknowledge that the host is not responsible for items left behind.
