The space In beautiful Kullavik, close to the marina, salted cliffs and beautiful nature, is this spacious and well-planned holiday home. The house is located in a lush residential area, nestled with a secluded plot. The house is on three floors and can accommodate both the large family or two families who want to vacation together. From the entrance on the ground floor you will enter a spacious hallway. It features a twin bedroom, one bathroom with shower and access to a laundry room. You also have a big GYM with many different exercise equipment, a table tennis table and a cozy TV corner with a comfortable couch. Up the stairs to the 1st floor you will come to an open kitchen as well as a large and bright living room with two dining areas and comfortable seating furniture. The kitchenette is modern and well-equipped. There are two bedrooms. One with one with one double bed (140 cm) and one bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom is tiled with both a shower and a bathtub. Here you also have the exit to the leafy back of the plot. The deck is partly covered and there is plenty of space on the lawn for the family activities and barbecue evenings. Another staircase up you have a generous and luminous living room with modern TV and sofa. At the bright rooftop you relax and have a view of the area. There is a music department with various instruments. The owner has nothing against you using this, preferably with an overview of adults. The bedroom here has a double bed and a bathroom with a shower. In the house there is fiber and free wifi. The modern TVs have chromecast and HDMI. There is also access to Viasat's full range as well as a DVD player. A short walk will take you to the coast. You will find both small fine sandy beaches and lovely rocks. Kullavik has most of what you need. The boat harbor is seagulls of boating during the summer. Here are both restaurant and glass kiosk. Owner can rent out boat spot on request. A short car ride will take you to Kungsbacka, a cozy urban area with cozy cafes and shops. On the other side of Kungsbackafjorden is Tjolöholm Castle, Sweden's only tudor castle. Well worth a visit. Sandsjöbacka is Halland's largest nature reserve on land. For the shopping alley there is Hede Outlet, a shopping mall in the north part of Kungsbacka. The fishing in the sea is free and in the area there are also Hornsjöarna. Stora Hornsjön is popular for anglers. Fishing license is required. For those interested in golf, there are several nice golf courses in the area. Closest is Särö GK. Guest Access You will have access to the entire home, except for some closets and storage rooms.
