The house is in a leafy residential area, embedded with a secluded plot. The house is on three floors and accommodates both a large family or two families who want to vacation together. From the entrance on the ground floor, you will enter a spacious hall. There is a bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with shower and access to a laundry room. You also have a large GYM with many different exercise equipment, a ping pong table and a cozy TV corner with a comfortable sofa. Up the stairs to the 1st floor, you will find an open kitchen and a large and bright living room with two dining areas and comfortable seating furniture. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped. There are two bedrooms. One with a double bed (140 cm) and one bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom is fully tiled with both shower and bathtub. Here you also have the exit to the lush back of the plot. The balcony is partially covered and there is plenty of space on the lawn for family activities and barbecue evenings. Another staircase up you have a generous and bright living room with modern TV and sofa. At the bright skylight, you can relax and overlook the area. There is a music section with various instruments. The owner doesn't mind you using this, preferably with adult oversight. The bedroom here has a double bed and a bathroom with shower. The owner can rent out a berth on request. A short drive will take you to Kungsbacka, a pleasant urban area with cozy cafés and shops. On the other side of Kungsbackafjorden is Tjolöholm Castle, Sweden's only Tudor castle. Well worth a visit. Sandsjöbacka is Halland's largest nature reserve on land. For those who like to shop, there is Hede Outlet, a shopping mall in the northern part of Kungsbacka. Fishing in the sea is free and in the area there are also the Hornsjöarna. Stora Hornsjön is popular with sport fishermen. Fishing license required. For those interested in golf, there are several nice golf courses in the area. The closest is Särö GK.
