Our apartment comes with great facilities especially the SKY POOL (KL Tower & Menara 118 view) and easy transport all over KL City. Our apartment comes with 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom which can accommodate 4-6 (max) people. It comes with 1 queen sized bed (for 2 persons) + 1 queen sized bed (for 2 persons) + 2 single sized bed (for 5th and 6th person) based on the booking. Maximum 6 persons are allowed to stay in this apartment. **THE FLOOR AND VIEW IS SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY** [Cleaning/Housekeeping are NOT INCLUDED] > If guest wanted cleaning/housekeeping, guest may proceed to our reception counter and pay RM80 per cleaning/housekeeping. Guest access The whole apartment is available for you only and the common areas are as follows:- Sky Swimming pool (KLCC (top part only) & KL Tower view) Gym Working Room Pool Room The above common areas are subjected to SOP and MCO/CMCO imposed by the Government of Malaysia. Each apartment booked will come with one free car park and other cars can go in via visitor lane which is subject to parking charges. Other things to note 1. Lost of Access Card & Keys - RM300. 2. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment and whole building. Penalty of RM500 will be imposed if found smoking smell in the room and common area. 3. Durian is strictly prohibited in the apartment and whole building. Penalty of RM300 will be imposed if there is any durian smell in the room. 4. Rubbish is NOT ALLOWED to placed anywhere outside the room. Rubbish need to be thrown at the refuse room (please refer to the map behind the main door). RM300 Penalty. 5. Strictly DO NOT enter the wrong unit. Please read and double check the unit number before entering the unit. Penalty of RM200 will be imposed if proven. 6. Cleaning fees will be charged if there are any unremovable stains on any fabric inside the unit. Building Management Office have the rights to collect the penalty amount if found any violations.
