This spacious studio guesthouse is perfect for longer solo trips or short group stays. It’s privately tucked away in the back of our lot with its own private outdoor area. Our space is located just minutes from Downtown and West Sacramento with easy access to both the freeway and light rail. Also very close to both Land Park and Curtis Park. No assigned parking but free street parking is available 24/7, no permit necessary. The space A large open floorplan studio with a king bed and two large couches that can be used for sleeping with groups of two or more. Microwave, gas oven & stove top, cooking utensils. If you need it, we have it, if we don't we'll be able to get it for you quick! Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire studio including private kitchen and bathroom. The backyard is open to all guests and we may be back there working on the yard from time to time, but the outdoor patio is reserved for your exclusive use.
