The 2nd bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom is in the hallway. A double sofa bed in the living room to accommodate one more guest. Includes all high quality linens, blankets, towels, extra pillows, hair dryer, shampoo. The building has a 24/7 doorman. Guest access You will have access to the entire apartment, so please treat it as if it is your own home. You will also have access to the following areas: clubhouse/room for large gatherings (reserve for a small fee) and patio garden on the 1st floor. Feel free to use the coffee, oils, spices and condiments available in the pantry. Additional blankets are provided, if necessary. Premium washer/dryer available in the apartment for your exclusive use. Other things to note The residents are mostly long time residents/owners who are friendly, private, and highly educated. If I am not in town, I have a wonderful assistant who is there to welcome you and support you with whatever you may need. This way we will still be able to keep our costs well below comparable accommodations.
