La Piuma on the river

Small apartment very well equipped and cared for in detail, located in the historic center of the ancient village of Brivio. A short walk from the bank of the Adda river along which there are enchanting itineraries for hiking and biking, easy and suitable for all ages. If you are by car, the town is a strategic point from which to easily reach the main Lombard cities, such as Milan, Bergamo, Lecco and Como. If you arrive by train you have to take a bus or taxi. The space The accommodation consists of: ***A bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe, and a coat rack. ***A fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals. ***A bathroom complete with all bathroom fixtures and a washing machine (you will also find what you need for ironing). ***A TV area with a two-seater sofa (the sofa is not suitable for sleeping). ***An entrance with a piece of furniture, where you can store your luggage as well as find what you need for your pets. ***EQUIPMENT to COMBAT the HEAT: From July 1, 2025, for those who are more sensitive to heat, I will provide a second fan in addition to the existing one, so in relation to the size of the apartment with two fans, a good result is obtained. Also in the evening, by opening the windows, you can benefit from the air brought by the river. ***In the accommodation there is an internal balcony overlooking a staircase, this element can put the safety of children at serious risk, so ONLY adults are accepted. Guest access To reach the accommodation you need to climb two flights of stairs (plus an internal staircase in the accommodation itself). There's no elevator. Other things to note I DO NOT HOST CHILDREN because, as indicated in the safety paragraph, the accommodation is not suitable for them. So this is a mandatory rule and if, despite the warning, you show up with children, you will unfortunately be rejected. We ONLY accept adults over the age of 18. Thank you.
