The basement, garage, and backyard are off limits for guests. We look forward to opening the north patio for grilling in the future. The living room fireplace is also off limits-but the hearth provides extra bench seating! Other things to note I don’t have a laundry option for guests yet but a nice 24hr laundromat is only a short drive. There are a few small details that are still “under construction” such as the back north patio and backyard. The front yard may look a little unkept but I prefer natural permaculture methods. The gold finches love to eat seeds from the old flower heads and “weeds”. None of these details should get in the way of a comfortable stay.
