B&B f.lli Demelas

The B&B f.lli Demelas is located on a private road, surrounded by countryside and well connected. It is a few minutes from one of the city's shopping centers and about 4 km from the historic center of Olbia. We offer short or long stays, ideal for a vacation but also for business trips. We also have a large free private parking lot. The space Our rooms are spacious and bright. We have single, double, triple rooms and a double room with a bunk bed. All rooms are equipped with a lock, private bathroom, TV, fridge, wardrobe and air conditioning. On request we also offer a hairdryer, kettle and iron with mini ironing board. Breakfast service is not currently offered, but we will introduce it shortly. Guest access The property is surrounded by a veranda and garden, with tables and chairs indoors. We have ample free parking. Being a private road, we ensure relaxation and tranquility. During your stay The staff is always available for information or clarification. We provide cleaning and linen change services every five days, or according to the guest's specific request. Other things to note Children under the age of two stay free of charge.
