Cozy home, quiet and relax. Property built at ground level, totally accessible, on a flat terrain of 8,500 meters. Surrounded by huge trees, with view of the mountains, a gazebo is close to a pond. You will enjoy nature and at the same time have all the comforts that this house offers. The house has air conditioning in the 3 1/2 bedrooms and the Den. The Kitchen is fully equipped: gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster/oven, air-fryer, China for 12, Dinning table sits 10 and looks at the garden. There is a large Porch, Ping Pong table, a Hammock, gas BBQ..-for the kids... soccer goals, jumping board (10 feet) with net, 2 "tires" hanging from a "Corotu" tree... The grass area is huge for all kind of activities. The garden has la gazebo and lighting installations that create a very cozy atmosphere at night. The house includes WiFi and Cable TV. There are 2 smart- TV.----- There is a GENERAC generator that provides power (automatically) to the entire house if there is a power failure. A Water Reserve Tank of 500 gallons in case of water shortage. The entire property except the caretaker´s cottage. Owner will be available on the cell phone 24/7. The property is looked after by two persons: HOUSEKEEPER AND GARDENER. The Housekeeper has been working at the property for 20 years. The Gardner and handyman lives on the premises in his own separate cottage. They will be accessible for any information or services required during your stay, they can get you fresh bread for breakfast (our courtesy), gather material for a bonfire... Their cell phone will be provided. YOU CAN REQUEST (in advance) DAILY CLEANING AND/OR COOKING (at a daily fee). This cozy town has Bike Trails along the Main Street, offers adventures like the Canopy at Chorro del Macho and activities including hiking, mountain climbing. You can visit the Serpentarium, a Butterfly reserve, swim at EL CHORRO DE LAS MOZAS, climb El Cerro de La Cruz or the famous "INDIA DORMIDA...a sequence of mountains that resemble the figure of a woman lying down... her silhouette and long hair, all part of a legend. I will be delighted to facilitate information about the different aventures that await all the visitors that come to El Valle de Anton. There is a public transportation( Bus ) that passes right in front of the house and goes into the main part of the town of El Valle. There is also taxi service.The best option is your own car. El Valle is a very quiet town that offers a great variety of nature experiences but at the same time offers several locations where you will find supermarket products , cozy restaurants, pharmacy, small Cafes, the town market (EL MERCADO) where you will find fresh produce, flowers (like orchids), plants and beautiful handcrafts made with a variety of materials: leather, soapstone, ceramics, wicker and straw.
