Cozy home, quiet and relax. Property built at ground level, totally accessible, on a flat terrain of 8,500 meters. Surrounded by huge trees, with view of the mountains, a gazebo is close to a pond. You will enjoy nature and at the same time have all the comforts that this house offers. The space The house has air conditioning in the 3 1/2 bedrooms and the Den. The Kitchen is fully equipped: gas stove, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster/oven, air-fryer, China for 12, Dinning table sits 10 and looks at the garden. There is a large Porch, Ping Pong table, a Hammock, gas BBQ..-for the kids... soccer goals, jumping board (10 feet) with net, 2 "tires" hanging from a "Corotu" tree... The grass area is huge for all kind of activities. The garden has la gazebo and lighting installations that create a very cozy atmosphere at night. The house includes WiFi and Cable TV. There are 2 smart- TV.----- There is a GENERAC generator that provides power (automatically) to the entire house if there is a power failure. A Water Reserve Tank of 500 gallons in case of water shortage. Guest access The entire property except the caretaker´s cottage. Other things to note El Valle is a very quiet town that offers a great variety of nature experiences but at the same time offers several locations where you will find supermarket products , cozy restaurants, pharmacy, small Cafes, the town market (EL MERCADO) where you will find fresh produce, flowers (like orchids), plants and beautiful handcrafts made with a variety of materials: leather, soapstone, ceramics, wicker and straw.
