Casa Isa - dreamlike garden oasis

Casa Isa is a stylish, simply furnished bungalow with a beautiful garden in the middle of the village. It was the summer home of a Swiss artist who furnished and lived in the house herself. The bungalow has a cozy seating area by the fireplace and a covered terrace directly in the garden. A perfect place for rest, relaxation and enjoyment on the edge of the Magadino plain with views of the mountains. The cities of Bellinzona and Locarno can be reached in 15-20 minutes by car. The space The spacious living and sleeping room measures 70 m² and is equipped with a double bed, an additional single bed and seating around the fireplace. The dining area overlooks the garden. The kitchen has everything you need to cater for yourself at home (oven, pans, spices, oil, etc.). The small bathroom has a toilet, sink and a bathtub with shower and handle. In winter, the house can be kept warm with underfloor heating if necessary. Firewood for the fireplace is available (included in the price). The bungalow has large, glazed sliding doors on two sides and is directly connected to the stylish terrace and the beautiful garden. The atmospheric garden is covered with palm trees, magnolia, camellias, gingko, fig tree, laurel, hibiscus, oleander, jasmine, wisteria and vines. The open fireplace and a ping pong table can be used. The spacious garden is shared with an old Ticino house (Rustico), which is inhabited by a few family members during vacation times. However, your privacy is guaranteed at all times; both the facade and terrace are shielded by plants. Guest access In front of the house, there is a private parking space and shelter for bicycles. The keys to the house are in a key box on the corner of the house. The code will be communicated shortly before arrival. Other things to note Bed linens, hand towels and bath towels are provided and included in the price. The minimum stay is 2 days. Kitchen towels and cleaning rags are available in the kitchen. In the cleaning closet you will find vacuum cleaners and cleaning utensils. The bungalow has its own spacious parking space with access to the house and garden.
