Old Post Office , peaceful heritage cottage

Characterful cosy cottage in pretty rural village. Handy for Hull, Spurn Point, East Yorkshire coast and Yorkshire Wolds. The space On arrival please park in front of the Old Post Office or Abbey Cottage next door. The front porch has a keysafe with the house keys to let yourself in. The hallway light switch us the first swich on the left hand side of the front door. If not already on, to energise the heating/hot water the main switch is also in the hall on the left, above the thermostat. The main sitting room is the first door on the left. The kitchen is straight ahead at the end of the hall. The dining room is in between. Also off the hallway on the right is the shower room and downstairs loo. And a storage cupboard under the stairs where the vacuum cleaner is stored. Up the winding staircase ate the two guest bedrooms, one double and one twin. Also the main bathroom and separate second loo. The third bedroom has an occasional bed, desk and comfy chair for use as a quiet space or temporary office area. Guest access The whole of the house, and outside garden area are available. The outhouses and garage are private spaces please. Other things to note WIFI IS USUALLY ONLY AVAILABLE FOR STAYS OF MORETHAN 4 WEEKS. For single nights and up to one week, guests will normally use their own mobile data. The best signal in the village is on EE or on THREE. We can provide 4G WiFi by arrangement in advance, minimum of one month data only contract for no extra charge for stays of 4 weeks or more. If required for less than 4 weeks, we can still organise a data SIM for the router at cost price for the guests.
