The space Bottom floor The house has an open plan living area with a full kitchen, dining room and lounge. The lounge area leads onto a covered patio that is a perfect place to have a quiet coffee or a drink. A toilet and laundry are also located on the ground floor for convenience. Bedroom 1 The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, large walk in wardrobe and a large ensuite is also on the ground floor. Second floor A beautifully crafted staircase leads to the second floor which has a second lounge area that leads to the balcony with amazing views over vineyards and the rail trail which invites cyclists and walkers. The second floor has 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 2: queen bed with an ensuite which has a bath, Bedroom 3: queen bed with built in robe Bedroom 4: 2 single beds with built in robe The house is in a quiet area of town but very close to the main street and the rail trail is 100m from the front door. Guest access When you book Vineyard Vista you will have access to the entire house and garden. A code to the key safe will be sent prior to arrival. Other things to note A complimentary bottle of local wine will be waiting for you when you arrive. Please note the lawn has just been seeded so we ask that you do not walk on it until it has grown.
