As we extend our hospitality to you, we simply ask that you kindly treat our unit like how you would treat your own home. All guests, whether they will be sleeping in the property or just dropping by for a short visit, will have to be declared to the condo admin. 1. While we do a thorough professional cleaning between each guest stay, we kindly ask that before leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used and hang any dirty towels on the towel rack. It helps us get through our cleaning process quicker. 2. We understand that accidents happen. But we do ask that you please let us know when they do so we can prepare in advance for our next guest. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible. We may need to file a claim for any damages or missing items. 3. We also have a NO SMOKING policy inside the unit. We may need to file a claim if we find that our guests have smoked inside the unit. 4. To keep our costs down and pass those savings on to our guests, we kindly ask that you switch off lights and the air conditioner when it’s not in use or leaving the unit. 5. We ask that you kindly respect our maximum occupancy requirement (maximum 3 pax). 6. Garbage should not be placed outside the door of the condo unit. There is a garbage disposal area near the elevator on the same floor 7. Animals/pets are not allowed to be kept in the unit by guest or their visitors. 8. All guests are prohibited from consuming, possessing, or being under the influence of illegal drugs while inside the unit. We will not be liable for any physical violence or accident arising from your stay. 9. Just as important as being quiet in common areas is maintaining an appropriate level of noise in the unit. 10. Food delivery can be picked up in the lobby. Please take note of the following: - We only provide 2 bath towels during the entire stay. - We provide a one-time essentials kit. - Notify if you will do an Early/Late Check-in and Late Check-out as it is subject to availability.
