The space Our recently furnished penthouse apartment awaits you with a fresh, modern and sustainable design. You live close to the ICE train station (20 minutes to Frankfurt Airport, 30 minutes to Frankfurt South, 50 minutes to Cologne). Bus line 5 takes you to Limburg city center in 10 minutes. If you arrive by car, you will find free parking spaces in front of and behind the building and the building's own double underground parking garage (car height max. 1.5m). The A3 is only 1 minute away. From the entrance or the underground garage, you can take the elevator to the 6th floor of the newly built, well-kept building without barriers and enter the apartment via smart lock. Start your day with a delicious Fairtrade coffee or tea and enjoy the apartment's great amenities: In the bedroom, a 1.80m wide super-comfortable king-size box-spring bed awaits you, with plenty of pillows in different sizes, a cozy reading corner, and a desk if you want to work. Of course, you have USB ports for your cell phone charging cable right by the bed and at the desk. A comfortable sofa in the open-plan living area can also be used as an additional bed for the 3rd and 4th person. You can watch Amazon Prime Video or TV for free on the 55" Smart TV or log in to one of the many other streaming services with your account. Reading material and a selection of board games are also on site. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook or enjoy coffee at the cozy coffee bar. The dining table seats four people comfortably. You will also find everything you need in the bathroom. In addition to shampoo, shower gel, etc., you will also find a washer-dryer and washing powder. Of course, we also provide fresh towels. The shower has a low tub with a 3.5 cm step and can also be used by people with physical disabilities. Do not hesitate to contact us if you need a shower chair. Please also let us know if you need a baby chair, an extra bed, or anything else for your child. Another highlight is the large penthouse terrace, accessible from the kitchen/living room and the bedroom. A comfortable seating area and a swinging bench await you here. Access to the terrace is the only one that is not barrier-free. The height of the balcony door threshold is 15 cm. Guest access The entire apartment is at your disposal. Make yourself at home! Other things to note We provide high-quality bed linen and towels. A welcome set with coffee and tea also waits for you. Sugar, salt and pepper, vinegar, and oil are also provided. Due to the many different tastes, we do not offer milk in the apartment. Please bring your favorite milk for your coffee/tea.
