Hello and welcome to Chip - a cool industrial style space on the City fringe. We are located in a perfect location close to UTS, Sydney Uni and RPA Hospital as well as the ABC all within a short walking distance. Experience inner city living with everything you need on your doorstep; Broadway shopping centre is over the road and there's a heap of cool bars, pubs and restaurants all close to my place. Chip is comfortable and stylish, a perfect spot for your stay. The space Single story apartment with the bedrooms upon entry. I have a queen bed and fitted wardrobes and ceiling fan in the first room and the second room has a double bed and ceiling fan. The bathroom is spacious and has a shower, toilet and basin. This also serves as a laundry with a dryer and washing machine included. We have an entertainers kitchen, with breakfast bar seating and an island which doubles as a work zone. The living area is open plan and spacious and features a comfortable lounge and Smart TV. There is a dining set out on the balcony which faces the street.
