Other things to note Our concierge will always be available to attend any of your inquiries. We include 10 KW per night during your stay. In case to go over we charge $8 MXN per extra KW. We take a picture of the meter on your check in and on the check-out to verify the consumption, you have access to the meters anytime. Note: Please keep in mind that the property is located on Kukulcán Avenue, one of the busiest streets in Tulum. As a result, some noise from passing vehicles may be heard. Tulum is a destination in constant development and growth, which makes it truly unique and special. However, this ongoing evolution can sometimes present challenges related to local infrastructure. Some basic services such as hot water, electricity, internet, or water pressure may experience occasional temporary interruptions due to external factors or ongoing work in the area. These situations are beyond our control, but we will always do our best to assist you and resolve any issues as quickly as possible. Additionally, please note that some access roads may be unpaved, which is common in various areas of Tulum.
