Guest access When you stay in our private residence you can pamper yourself in the wonderful hotel amenities, which include: – 2 luxurious pools WET & Mini WET (adults only) – White sandy beach – AWAY 5-star Spa – FIT Gym – Valet parking Other things to note – Parking is Valet at regular hotel valet rate. – Room service not available. – Pets: We follow the hotel's rules regarding pets. Dogs are subject to approval. If permitted, there will be a non-refundable $200 fee per dog, per stay. No other pet type allowed. Residence owners retain the right of refusal. Please inquire with your LRMB Travel Advisor before booking to obtain prior approval.   – Traveler is renting a privately-owned residence that is not owned, operated, or otherwise endorsed, sponsored, or affiliated with the primary hotel operator. – Bookings of 6 nights or longer will require a mid-week clean of $400 plus tax every 6 days to maintain the quality of the residence. It includes cleaning, fresh towels, and bedding change. The funds will be collected after the booking has been made. – Late Checkout that is not approved by management will be charged at the rate of $50 per hour, per bedroom. Checkout is 11AM.
