The space This is a fully furnished property with utilities included. Brand new HVAC system and TV with Direct TV service. Please note that this is the 5 bedroom option which is considered the "main house". It is over 2,900 square feet. There 1 smaller guest house for rent which may be occupied during your stay. The property is set up to keep each unit very private and the only common space is the driveway. The main house has its own washer/dryer and comes with 2 included parking spaces in the garage and 1 additional dedicated driveway parking spot. There is also an EV charger available for use ( EV charging is available on a per KWh rate that is an additional charge, rates vary by time of day and time of year ) Cleaning service during your stay is available upon request for an additional fee. All stays of 90 days or more include a bi-monthly cleaning at no additional cost. Stays of 120 days or more include a free 2-hour electric boat rental at Vision Electric Boat Rental in Lido Marina Village. Guests can also enjoy 50% off boat rentals with any booking. Other things to note We do not re-use bed sheets and pillow cases. Each guest gets treated with a brand new set of sheets and pillow cases which guests are free to take with them on check out.
