Couple's Loft at the Treehouse.

The Couple's loft is a peaceful and private, second-floor apartment. Surrounded by mature bamboo and tropical greenery, you'll feel like you're in a Treehouse. Enjoy a cocktail from the upper level deck, or a meal from the patio table below. NOTE: this is the one bedroom option of the Treehouse (4.97 rated - guest favorite with hundreds of reviews). I've noticed that a couple will often stay at the Treehouse and only use the primary bedroom, so I'm offering a lower priced option The space The Couple's Loft is the entire upper level apartment, except for the secondary bedroom, which shall remain locked and unused during the time the Loft is booked. I'm offering the smaller, 1 bedroom version of the Treehouse at a reduced rate to accommodate a couple that may not require the use of both bedrooms. The Loft is not suitable for children and max occupancy is two people / one bed. The property is on a private, secluded, beautifully landscaped half acre lot, steps from the intracoastal waterway and 3 blocks from historic cocoa village. Guest access Loft guests have full access to the upper level apartment, except for the secondary/guest bedroom, which shall remain locked and unoccupied during their booking. There is a full laundry facility downstairs, which is shared with the guests in the lower level apartment. Other things to note The apartment is the upper level of a two story property. Each level is a completely seperate apartment with their own seperate indoor and outdoor areas. The Loft is not suitable for children. No animals permitted (due to owner allergies and other animals-outside cats and chickens- that live on the property.) No Smoking...anything! No parties.
