Independent 1st floor of House

A beautiful lower level of a house. The space has TWO rooms, full bathroom and a spacious living room. The main room has one Full size and one twin sized beds. The second room is very small and has one twin sized bed. I live upstairs with my family. There is no kitchen but there is a microwave and a fridge. There is AC but the controller is upstairs. The space Washer, dryer, microwave, fridge, WIFI, and all of the lower level of the house. Guest access The lower level has its own outside door so it is independent with a door separating the lower level from the upper level. The washer and dryer are on the lower level so we come down occasionally to use them but we will be sure to let you know beforehand. Other things to note The bathroom was recently renovated! The house is slightly old therefore the floors squeak when we walk on them upstairs.
