Welcome to your cozy home away from home! This is a small one-bedroom unit (full bed) with entire space to yourself. It’s part of a duplex—this unit is the south side with a private entrance and fenced yard. WiFi & Entertainment • High-speed internet included • 2 Roku TVs – log into your own streaming accounts • A few board games & books on the shelves for your enjoyment Pet-Friendly Amenities Pets are welcome! • Fenced yard with back door access and a gate from outside • Pet waste bags are in the kitchen drawer by the stove (east wall) • Dog towels and sheet inside the cabinet • Water and kibble bowls are provided in the back room Living Room & Extra Bed • Couch pulls out into a second bed – remove cushions and pull out frame • Fresh sheets, pillow, and an extra blanket (in the TV stand) provided • Central AC unit is above the kitchen table – remote is located below (please keep remote on the wall) • Central heat is controlled by the thermostat on the wall above the couch → Please turn down heat or AC when leaving, and keep windows/doors closed while in use. Washer & Dryer • Available for your use • Please do not wash any bedding, towels, blankets, or bulky items like sleeping bags – we’ve got that covered • Shake out sandy clothes before washing • Detergent pods provided Bathroom • Shower only (no tub) • Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash available • Hairdryer in bathroom cabinet Kitchen Lightly stocked with essentials: • Pots, pans, measuring cups, cutting board, utensils, plates, bowls, baking sheet, strainer, etc. • Keurig + drip coffee maker with coffee and tea provided • Appliances: Good working stove, microwave, refrigerator (note: one front peg is missing so it may wobble if opened/closed harshly), and freezer • Extra trash bag provided In Case of Emergency • Flashlights – in the bread box on top of the refrigerator • Fire extinguisher – on the counter between fridge and microwave • First aid kit – under the kitchen sink Guest access Enjoy keyless entry for easy access—your code will be provided before arrival. Please use the front door to enter. To lock the door from the outside, simply hold the # key on the keypad. Guests have access to the entire unit, private backyard, entire yard space, and a shared front patio. Pets are welcome to enjoy the stay alongside you! Other things to note This unit is located near 1st Street, which can get busy due to the nearby hospital and university. You may hear some traffic noise during peak hours, but no semi-trucks are allowed on this street. Only a few windows open, but the unit is equipped with central heating and an AC unit to keep things comfortable year-round. During the warmer months, especially in summer and fall, a few seasonal bugs may try to sneak inside. I do my best to keep them out and appreciate your understanding.
