As you enter the property you will walk through the entrance hallway with a beautiful skylight, guiding the way to the stunning kitchen and open plan dining/living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with the very best Gaggeneu appliances, Nespresso pod machine, an American fridge/freezer, boiling water tap and a large, marble clad island. Beyond the kitchen you will find a large dining table, sofa area and large wall mounted flatscreen TV. There is also a log burner with seating area, perfect for reading a book by the fire. The ground floor features polished concrete with underfloor heating throughout. Behind glass crittal doors you will find a snug with corner sofa and wall mounted TV, offering a cosy corner to stop and read a book, play a board game or to enjoy a movie. There is plenty of space for dining and entertaining both inside and out and the open plan dining/kitchen area features stunning, full length glass sliding doors, opening the whole space onto the garden. The property features five bedrooms, two with ensuites. There are also three bathrooms and two toilets split across both floors of the property. On the ground floor there is a twin room with shower and w/c, on the first floor are all other beds. At the front of the house you will find a dedicated study with desk and sofa and a large utility room with American open top washer/dryer and additional fridge/freezer. This space also doubles up as a 'dog room' and has an external entrance to the driveway with wet room facilities to wash your dog after a muddy walk through the fields to the sea! Use the stable door to the inside of the house to give your doggie time to dry off before entering the main house. The superb garden offers a hydro pool, perfect for a plunge! (Please note this is a hydro pool and not not a 'hot tub' and the temperature is regulated at 30 degrees.) Must be requested at least 48 hours in advance, additional charge applies. *Please note, some photos may show a fire pit, this is NOT AVAILABLE TO USE* Guest access Guests will have access to the whole house and grounds with private driveway parking for up to 5 cars. Other things to note Child travel cot and high chair can be provided upon request. The hydro pool can only be pre-booked with advance notice of a minimum of 48 hours due to needing to book in a professional team to prepare it, the hydro pool may not be available for short notice bookings.
