Pool & Jacuzzi- The Pool & Jacuzzi heating is complementary at this property. Winter months in Florida the pool temperature will be maintained between 82-84 degrees Fahrenheit during the day. This is the recommended temperature by our pool professionals. If you desire to have the pool heated above 84 Degrees, we could accommodate to do so for an upcharge of $15/day to a maximum of 87 degrees. For higher temperatures you have full complementary access to the Jacuzzi which heats up to 104 degrees Fahrenheit. ***PLEASE NOTE: any tampering of pool equipment or heat at this property will incur a $250 pool technician fee. All pool settings are monitored digitally in the owner’s phone via an app. Guest access Entire home. Garage is not for guest use.
