"Villa San Ramon" - BIG HOUSE

"Villa San Ramón" BIG HOUSE is a country house within a fenced area of 2,800m2, located at the entrance to the central jungle, district of San Ramón, Chanchamayo, Junín - Peru. It has 6 bedrooms, plus a kitchen and living room. Ideal for family or friends who want to enjoy the best comfort, listening to the sound of the river, birds and looking at a beautiful mountain. It can accommodate up to 16 people very comfortably. Pet Friendly for an additional cost. The space - On the 3rd floor there are 2 rooms (the Deluxe Double Suite with Jacuzzi and the Deluxe Family). - On the 2nd floor there are 3 rooms (the Deluxe Double Suite with Jacuzzi, the Superior Family and the Superior Double). - On the 1st floor there is a room (the Comfortable Double, ideal for elderly people). The house has a large living room, dining room and separate kitchen. You can also use the grill area, wood-burning stove, pool, living room, outdoor dining room, and a rooftop with panoramic views. Guest access You can go up to the rooftop to enjoy a panoramic view, stroll through the garden and enjoy a sweet orange, feed the poultry and make a campfire. The house has an exit to the Tarma River where you can enjoy this natural jewel for as long as you wish. Other things to note There are different ways to get to this house from the capital of Lima: i) By plane to the Francisco Carlé airport in the city of Jauja in 50 minutes and from there by car to the district of San Ramón in 2 hours (total 2.50 hours); ii) By private car it will take you approximately 7 hours and iii) By interprovincial bus in approximately 8 hours. (It is worth mentioning that for an additional cost we can provide the transfer service from the Jauja airport to the house). If you want a little adventure and other activities, there are three beautiful places about 45 minutes from the house: 1) the natural pool of Palmapata (crystal clear water), 2) Lake Don Bosco (you can fish and go boating) and 3) you can see the waterfalls of La Encantada. If you like challenges and adventure by bicycle, you have a fascinating trail from the house to the Vitoc district of 11.3 km of full demand and contact with nature.
