Relax in this peaceful and idyllic house completed in 1928 with a sauna house built in 2024. 2 terraces and a private secluded yard. 3 bedrooms in the main house and the fourth bedroom in the sauna house. The living room has a fireplace and air heat pump, as well as a high-quality sofa bed. In the kitchen, a dining table for 8 (10 fits tightly). Direct access from the kitchen to the terrace with a grill. 4 bikes available. Ready-to-use 2.3m x 2.3m outdoor pool for an extra fee in summer. Welcome to Villa Dolorosa! The space Three bedrooms, all with new and high-quality box mattresses. 1st bedroom 180 cm wide double bed, 2nd bedroom 2 x 90 cm wide beds, 3rd bedroom 2 x 80 cm and living room high-quality sofa bed (160 cm wide). In addition, there are 2 loose box spring mattresses on the floor, for example for children. In the sauna house, a 180cm double bed. So a total of 10 (-12) people can sleep. Guest access The entire house, separate sauna house, and yard are rented. An instant hot tub outside is rented during the summer at a separate price. Bed linens and towels are not included, but are available if needed. Bed linens (bottom sheet, pillowcase, and duvet cover) 25e/person and towel set (big and small towel) 10e/person. Other things to note No late parties allowed, quiet hours outside at 10pm. This is strictly to be followed for the sake of the neighbors who live nearby.
