Whether you're looking for a tranquil staycation or a fun-filled getaway, our home provides the perfect setting. The house sits on a 740 square meter property in Silang, Cavite, just a few minutes away from Tagaytay. The living space features wooden ceilings that connect the interior with the outdoors. You'll be greeted by a comfortable living area that opens into the dining and kitchen spaces, along with a spacious deck with a pool and jacuzzi*, ideal for relaxing and spending quality time with your family and friends. The parking space can accommodate up to six (6) cars and is beside a lush garden with a wooden gazebo. The front of the house has a spacious entry porch with outdoor furniture. The house has four (4) fully air-conditioned bedrooms, and each has its own toilet and bath. *Please note our pool and jacuzzi are not heated. Guest access *December staycation rate ranges from ₱20,000-32,500 per night for 10pax. In excess of 10, Add ₱800 per head & night. *We have beds for 27 pax. We can provide 3 extra mattresses for a total of 30 pax. We will NOT be accepting bookings more than 30 pax headcount. Guests will have exclusive use of the entire property. Please note that basement bedroom 4 is open free to bookings 20pax and above. If requested to use basement bedroom, add PHP 3500. Caretaker's area and utility room are off-limits to guests. ● 1-19 pax have access to 3 bedrooms, there is a fee for bedroom 4. ● 20-27 pax have access to 4 bedrooms. We do not allow use of the property for activities other than staycation accommodations or our Wedding Prep packages. Please inquire with us for things not in our listing before booking. 2. We require a security deposit of ₱5,000 for Staycations or ₱10,000 for Wedding preps upon check in & refundable upon check out provided there are NO damages/loss. 3. Booking Felize Resort means that you have read and agreed to the rules, as it is part of AirBnB's standard requirements for every transaction. Please see the Additional Rules portion of our listing. 4. Our check-in time is 3:00pm - 11:00pm. Early check in is subject to availability and has a charge of PHP 1,000 per hour. 5. Our check-out time is 12:00nn at the latest. We do NOT allow late check out. 6. Children 2 years old and below are not included in the headcount. 7. Airbnb only allows to input up to 16 guests. Please send us a message if there will be more than 16 guests staying overnight. 8. Only registered and paid guests are allowed entry. Day guests have a rate of PHP 600 per head for up to 6 hours visit. 9. As we are still in a residential area, there is an Anti- Noise curfew during 10pm onwards as to not disturb the residents of the barangay. The basement entertainment room can still be used during then. 10. Pets are strictly prohibited. Violators will be subject to a penalty of PHP10,000, in addition to covering all associated damages and inconveniences incurred by both the resort and subsequent guests.
