House with heated pool

The House, located in the Santa Barbara Resort Residence subdivision, is ideal for spending unforgettable moments with family and friends! In addition to all the structure that the house offers, we have the leisure options of the development, such as Bike Club, 6 km of Ecopista, Trapiche, Lake for fishing, Mini Golf, and lots of green area to enjoy, relax and create wonderful memories! Note: Slim Clubs not included and we do not accept pets. The space The house has a large living room, equipped with a 55" Smart TV, with cable channels, board games and books for book lovers, integrated with the dining room that has a charming coffee corner. Fully equipped kitchen with basic appliances and utensils, providing a quiet and comfortable stay, and best of all, the barbecue is integrated into the kitchen! We have 3 bedrooms, 1 suite, all with 1 double bed and 2 single beds and air conditioning. In the outdoor area, we have the heated pool with a waterfall and night lighting, a bathroom and a delicious shower to cool off!!! It is worth mentioning that our Internet is via fiber optics with WI-FI.
