Aces Home is a paying guest accommodation managed by JAMELACE Guest House, a DTI and BIR registered proprietor. Just a 30-minute or 15 km trip from MNL Int'l Airport. We offer a 28-night maximum stay for transients, fits practical remote workers, students, travelers looking for private toilet & bath, Wi-Fi, limited coordinated parking on-site. The space It's a minimalist open-concept private studio, a housing unit in a low-rise small apartment building wherein housing units are separate living quarters where the occupants live separately from other residents of the structure. Aces Home West Crame is simply designed for transient guests, 1 person, 2 max for those concerned with the budget. We require all reservations to be booked by the guests themselves. Only registered/declared guests are allowed on the premises. A cap on electricity, water and internet consumption is included in the nightly rate. Overages will incur a surcharge payable through the Airbnb platform. We are offering accommodation that needs climbing the stairs to the 3rd floor. Anent this, guests traveling with kids, 50 years old and above, with medical conditions and/or special needs, and social climbers (overly concerned with appearances and fashionable society) are suggested to BOOK A STAY IN ANOTHER PLACE instead. Other things to note Before booking a stay please read the following information and be guided accordingly: Accommodation at Aces Home is limited to "transient guests/travellers" who seek overnight or short (and often urgent!) stays, like business people who travel during the week. For room service, elevator, clothing storage (walk-in closet and the like), staycations, tenancy, condominiums or hotel stays, gated-community, private neighborhood stays, please check out other listings to contact hosts or providers catering such services. Aces Home is located on a 4-storey low-rise, small apartment building which comprises a number of units, multiple-owners, and shared car parking. Each apartment is a separate residence apart from the others and has its own front door. Entrance and exit is through a common main gate, a hallway parking garage, and a common stairway before getting in and out of each apartment. The pathway in the garage is narrow, especially when all three (3) vehicles are parked. Guests are advised to bring slim luggage when considering booking a stay in our place. Aces Home is limited to 2 private compact studios (a small apartment which combines living, sleeping, kitchenette, dining areas, and a separate private toilet & bath into a single room) on the 3rd floor. *Suite 1 is either of the following: 1. A twin share guest house (minimum 28 night stay); 2. A fan ventilated room with a ceiling fan and a portable fan; 3. A basic aircon room (0.6 HP window type air-conditioning unit); or 4. An upgraded aircon room (with other appliances excluding shower heater). Suite 2 is an upgraded aircon room with a shower heater. Reminder to Aces Home Guests current and arriving: Tenants for the other rental units are managed by different owners. Issues and concerns regarding cleanliness, noise, etc. made by them can be directed directly to their unit owners. Our EXACT location is pinned on the online map (Aces Home West Crame is on G**gle map). San Juan City is at the center of a metropolis.
