The space The recently renovated apartment is located on the ground floor of a typical building of popular architecture from the early 1930s. It has a separate entrance from the building's courtyard. It consists of a comfortable and cozy living room with an open kitchen (electric hot plates) , well equipped , so you can prepare your meals when you return from your Roman days. The apartment is at your complete disposal. It will be professionally cleaned and equipped with clean linens before your arrival. A comfortable and spacious bathroom, with a large walk-in shower, will pamper you with a fantastic hot shower. Also at your complete disposal is a small outdoor patio for exclusive use, where you can have breakfast, or drink a good glass of wine. Air conditioning present. Guest access The apartment is at your complete disposal. It will be professionally cleaned and provided with clean linens before your arrival. Check out: before 10:00 am. - Check-ins after 8:00 pm are subject to a surcharge of € 50 in cash upon arrival. Late check out: when possible surcharge of € 50.
