If you cannot comply, please do not make a reservation. ❗️ 1. If anyone in the building asks about your identity, please tell them you're visiting a friend. Never mention that you're staying in a guesthouse or on Airbnb! Violating this rule may prevent you from checking in. This is very important, please pay attention! 2. All items and food in the property can be used, but please do not take anything with you. Let's work together to take care of and maintain the peaceful space. Candles are provided, but we only provide a maximum of two candles per stay! 3. The cleaning fee is for cleaning after check-out, and daily cleaning is not provided. For long-term stays of over 7 days, we offer a simple cleaning once a week for free. 4. Take care of the earth. Taiwan has regulations for garbage sorting. Please drain food waste and place it in a small bag before tying it up and disposing of it in the trash bin. Please separate plastic, glass, and paper waste. Thank you for your cooperation. 5. No parking space is provided at the property. There is a paid parking lot across from the MRT station. 6. Smoking and e-cigarettes are not allowed inside. We do not accept guests who smoke. Sorry. If smoking is detected, a cleaning fee of 1,500 TWD will be charged. 7. If any items in the property are damaged, compensation at the replacement cost is required. Please take care when using the items. 8. When you leave the property, please turn off all power. The house is equipped with a "one-click" all lights off button. Please turn off the air conditioning manually. ❗️Regarding Check-in Check-in time is at 4:00 PM. If you arrive early and the property is ready for cleaning, we will let you know, and you are welcome to check in earlier. ❗️Regarding Check-out Check-out time is at 12:00 PM. Please check out on time, as our cleaning staff will arrive promptly. When leaving the apartment, please turn off all lights and electrical appliances. Please carry your valuable items with you. We do not accept claims for lost valuable items. Do not take any items from the property. ❗️
