The space This well-designed property is perfect for everyone, giving you a relaxed atmosphere through its refreshing colours. The Townhouse TUCAN 17 can comfortably accommodate your Caribbean break. The lovely 2 level unit features 3 bedrooms fitted with brand-new ceiling fans. The house has its own parking and in front of the house there is a public parking for 2 cars. The Mangrove Room has a very comfortable doble bed and shares a bathroom with our Seagrass Room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has modern facilities. Because we want to provide you with the best possible experience whilst staying with us, we also offer: * Hot water. * Outdoor grill (shared with other guests). * Beach supplies (cooler, towels, beach umbrella, beach chairs). * Access to TV and Netflix (shared with other guests). The house isn't located exactly in the village (15 minute walking to the city center and 4 km to the beach village). We will strongly recommend our guests to rent a bike or a car, otherwise you must walk around 10 minutes to get a colectivo to the village center. A few steps away (5 min) is the federal highway to take the colectivo that takes you to Playa del Carmen and Tulum, if you cross the other side you take the bus to Cancun. You will find restaurants, markets (Chedraui, Super Aki), sports complex, pharmacy and bank very close by walking distance (5-10 min). You should know that the address that appears in the internet isn't updated, so Tucan street doesn't appear in the map. In internet maps, Tucan is located between Garza and Aguila. Guest access Guest have access to the entire private residential complex – Palma Real –; park and playground for children all ages, a pool surrounded by a stylish garden with typical Mayan Jungle trees and plants, 24/7 security and welcoming neighbours. During your stay Kelly and I live in the property, but right now we are doing research and sometimes we get home late night. Out of consideration for the neighbours, please no parties or loud music after 10pm. Pet living in property (Sally). Sally is a cute 12 year old, petable, well behaved, calm and relaxed dog. She is a lot of fun. She is used to bark when you get home because of the noise, but she is NOT aggressive. This a gay friendly home!!. Please be respectful with all the guests!!. Available internet is 2mb speed and it is shared with all the guests. When it is raining, internet connection may get slower. We encourage you to take good care of the environment, so help us using just the water you need, turning off the air conditioning and lights when you leave home. Puerto Morelos uses a septic systems. So please deposit all paper products in the garbage can not in the toilet. Thank you :)
