The space If you want modern mod-cons then this is not the property for you, however if you want something completely unique absolutely full of original character and stylish charm then look no further. An extremely rare gem, especially in this price bracket and size - there are many notable features: *General Property* Despite the rustic charm this property is fantastically warm and quiet. Gas central heating works in each room and heats up quickly. Custom Philips Hue colour-balanced lighting is spread throughout to keep things light during the day and cosy at night and Virgin Media fibre broadband takes care of the wifi. NB. This is strictly no parties - it’s wonderful home full of rare and delicate items, from the houseplants to the books and numerous artworks and decorations, so please treat it as if it was your own :) *Kitchen / Living / Dining Area* An open plan top floor makes up the jewel of the house, a truly stunning pitched roof with vast height has the feeling of a cosy country barn. The bed is in a K *Bathroom* Featuring a large steel bath and a rainfall type shower along with a custom limestone floor this is a wonderfully individual feeling space. *Office* Finally, there is an office area is completely yours to use during the duration of your stay. Featuring 4 large custom desk spaces this is one of many great places to work throughout the property. Other things to note Please note that a fee of £150 will be charged for lost keys or not returned as they are the super expensive Banham type--please be careful with them.
