Rocko's Place by the Beach (by Zuana and Irotama)

Rocko's place is a cozy beach house located close to 2 famous resorts: Irotama and Zuana; also it is one block away from the beach and 10 minutes away from the airport. The area is called Bello Horizonte. You’ll love my place because of its beaches, this is an excellent area to relax and enjoy the ocean. It's within a small condo of 6 houses united by a pool. It's a family oriented beach house where you will enjoy the area and the warmth of the local people. Great place for couples and families. The space When staying at Rocko's place, basic house cleaning is included in the price. If you wish this help to stay a full day or to cook for you, just let us know and we´ll organize it. The house includes 2 beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler to take to the beach. You can also hire a tent at the beach, that comes with chairs if you want. We have included a small BBQ that you can use while sitting at the Hammock that is provided. Also we have supplied a sound system in the living room. The TV is connected to it by pressing the function button "TV", just search for the music channels Directv offers, or if you prefer your own music, also feel free to connect, we have provided the AUX cable for it. Guest access At Rocko's Place you will find 3 bedrooms with air conditioning and ceiling fans. The rest of the house is covered with ceiling fans for your comfort. All the beds, linens and towels are brand new. The kitchen is fully equipped and basic Direct TV is provided along with WIFI. The house has 3 full bathrooms and hot water is running in all 3 of them. Do enjoy the pool and the sitting area we have organized in front of the house. It is a cool spacious space to eat, drink and listen to music. Other things to note When travelling to Colombia, you will encouter a country known for the warmth of its people. Therefore, both James and the person comming to do the daily housekeeping will be happy to help you in anything you need.
