In addition, there are 2 city bikes, 2 stand-up paddles and a projector with Netflix for your "home cinema". The property is very spacious and family-friendly at 134 m². It has 6 sleeping places available - perfect for family vacations! The space The loft is located in the renovated cheese dairy room of the former Emmental cheese dairy. The spacious living area is flooded with light and offers a beautiful view of Lake Sempach and the mountains. The living area has a lounge and a large dining table. For children, there is plenty of space to play. In the second room, there is a pub pool table and a modern kitchen as well as a small dining table. You also have a beautiful view of the countryside in this room. The property offers 2 wet rooms. 1 x toilet/sink and 1 x toilet/sink/shower. The bedroom has a double bed. There are four more sleeping options in the living room. The sofas can easily be converted into sofa beds (sleeping area 110 x 175 cm). There is also a comfortable mattress (lying area 140 × 200 m). We will gladly provide a baby crib if requested. The loft is wheelchair accessible. A shower chair is available on request. The entire property is equipped with underfloor heating. There is a laundry tower with washing machine and dryer available. We have no public transport (public transport such as train, bus), but a free parking space in front of the house. We do not offer a shuttle service to the train station. In addition to the parking in front of the house, we provide two city bikes and two stand-up paddle boards free of charge. Want to pan for gold in the nearby Napf area? You are welcome to borrow our gold panning set. House-trained and well-behaved dogs are welcome here. Dogs are not allowed on the bed or couches. Guest access The entire loft is at the guest's disposal. Separate entrance. Other things to note We are located in the heart of Switzerland! Information and excursion destinations: 5-minute walk to Lake Sempach. We have no public transport, but a free parking space in front of the house. By bike you can reach the Nottwil beach bar in 15 minutes for a drink with a Caribbean feeling or a windsurfing course. The seaside resorts of Nottwil and Sempach with sandy beaches can be reached just as quickly. Sempach is also worth a visit because of its beautiful town and the Ornithological Institute Museum. For children, there are great playgrounds. On the main road - perfect location for wheelchair users to ride around the lake with a handbike. In 5 minutes by car you are at the Swiss Paraplegic Center. The SPZ has an indoor pool. You will also find a pharmacy there. Grocery stores can be found in Nottwil and Sempach. In the house there is a Mediterranean specialty store. For golf enthusiasts, there is a golf course in Oberkirch (10 minutes by car). In Eich (15 minutes away by car) there is a pump track. Shopping and nightlife with cool bars and restaurants can be found in the nearby town of Sursee (15 minutes away by car). In 20 minutes by car, you are in Lucerne, where you can visit the world-famous Kapellbrücke. Lucerne is also known for its picturesque old town and the impressive mountain landscape around the lake. A visit to the Museum of Transport or Glacier Garden is also worthwhile. Zurich, Bern or Basel are 1 hour's drive away, as are hiking or skiing in Sörenberg (Unesco Biosphere Entlebuch) and Engelberg. Ideal starting point for winter sports holidays. From Beckenried (30 minutes by car) you can take the cable car to Klewenalp (1600 m) for skiing, snowboarding or sledding. The snow paradise offers a beautiful view of Lake Lucerne. In Engelberg-Titlis (1 hour drive) you can look forward to 83 kilometers of slopes. The ski resorts are accessed by 35 ski lifts. In Sörenberg (1 hour drive) there are 60 km of slopes for skiing and snowboarding. 14 lifts transport the guests. The winter sports area is located at an altitude of 1,110 to 2,298 m. In nearby Entlebuch, the Napfgold adventure awaits. You can book a gold panning course or try your luck on your own with our equipment. Fun for the whole family. A visit to the Zyberliland Romoos is also worthwhile with children. A hike to the Napf is recommended! At 1,408 meters above sea level, the Napf is a wonderful vantage point. No other mountains block the view over the country. This unique location offers a unique panoramic view of the Bernese Alps, the Jura and the Mittelland. You can reach the Napf from the Wiggernalp parking lot via the Wiggerehütte-Napf hiking trail in about an hour. To get to the Wiggernalp parking lot, drive by car via Willisau (also worth a visit!).
