At 134 m², the property is very spacious and family-friendly. It has 6 sleeping places at your disposal - perfect for family holidays! The space The loft is located in the renovated cheese parlor of the former Emmentaler cheese factory. The spacious living area is flooded with light and offers beautiful views of Lake Sempach and the mountains. The living area has a lounge and a large dining table. For children, there is plenty of space to play. In the second room there is a pub billiard table and a modern kitchen as well as a small dining table. You also have a beautiful view of the countryside in this room. The accommodation offers 2 wet rooms. 1 x toilet/sink and 1 x toilet/sink/shower. In the bedroom there is a double bed. There are four more sleeping options in the living room. The sofas can be easily converted into sofa beds (lying area 110x175 cm). There is also a comfortable mattress (lying area 140x200m). We will gladly provide a baby cot on request. The loft is wheelchair accessible. A shower chair is available on request. The entire property is equipped with underfloor heating. There is a laundry tower with washing machine and dryer available. We do not have public transport (public transport such as train, bus), but a free parking spot outside the house. Information and destinations: 5-minute walk to Lake Sempach. We do not have public transport, but a free parking spot in front of the house. In just 10 minutes by car, you can be at the Beachbar Nottwil for a drink with a Caribbean vibe or a windsurfing lesson. The Seebadis Nottwil and Sempach with sandy beach can just as quickly be reached. Sempach is also worth a visit for its charming little town and the Ornithological Institute museum. For children, there are great playgrounds. On the main road - perfect location for wheelchair users to ride a hand bike around the lake. In 10 minutes by car, you can reach the Swiss Paraplegic Center. The Social Pediatric Center (SPZ) has an indoor swimming pool. You will also find a pharmacy there. Grocery stores can be found in Nottwil and Sempach. In the building, there is a Mediterranean specialty store. For golf enthusiasts, there is a golf course in Oberkirch. In Eich, there is a pump track. Shopping and nightlife with cool bars and restaurants can be found in the nearby town of Sursee (15 minutes by car). In 20 minutes by car, you are in Lucerne, where you can visit the world-famous Kappelbrücke bridge. Lucerne is also known for its picturesque old town, and the impressive mountain scenery around the lake. A visit to the Museum of Transport or the Glacier Garden is also worthwhile. In 1 hour drive you are in Zurich, Bern or Basel as well as for hiking or skiing in Sörenberg (Unesco Biosphere Entlebuch) and Engelberg. Ideal starting point for winter sports holidays. From Beckenried (30 minutes drive) take the cable car to the Klewenalp (1600 m) for skiing, snowboarding or sledding. Snow paradise offers stunning views of Lake Lucerne. In Engelberg-Titlis (1 hour drive) you can look forward to 83 kilometers of slopes. The ski resorts are accessed by 35 ski lifts. In Sörenberg (1 hour drive), 60 km of pistes are available for skiing and snowboarding. 14 lifts transport the guests. The winter sports area is located at an altitude of 1,110 to 2,298 m. In nearby Entlebuch, the Napfgold Adventure awaits you. You can book a gold wash class or try your luck with our equipment on your own. Fun for the whole family. A visit to the Romoos Zyberliland is also worthwhile with children. A hike on the Napf is recommended! The bowl is a wonderful viewpoint with its 1,408 meters altitude. No other mountains block the view over the country. This unique location gives a unique panoramic view of the Bernese Alps, the Jura and the Mittelland. You can reach the Napf from Wiggernalp Parking lot via hiking trail Wiggerehütte-Napf in about an hour. You can drive to Wiggernalp parking via Willisau (also worth a visit!).
