This property is located on a communal boardwalk and not accessible by car. You need to walk for approximately 500 feet. No shellfish harvesting The space This is a two bedroom apartment located on the bottom floor of a three story house. You will have your own garden space, stairs to the boardwalk and patio. The house is situated on a walk in access only boardwalk. You can not drive to it. Guest access You have access to the bottom floor, the garden and patio on that level and the beach. Other things to note This house is a walk in. This means that you can not drive all the way to it. You can drop bags off at the end of Sylvan Beach Rd, but you will need to park on the road up above and use the wheelbarrow to transport your bags. This property is not recommended for people with mobility issues. The boardwalk has no guard rails and small children must be carefully watched.
