The Summerhouse is a beautifully appointed cabin nestled into a hillside within Kennall Valley. Boasting an enclosed south facing balcony, it enjoys fabulous far reaching views, perfect for an evening drink, a BBQ, or a relax in the steaming waters of the wood fired hot tub Inside, the Summerhouse combines luxury & practicality with a large double room & en-suite, a spacious lounge & kitchen with cooking facilities. There is a king sized sofa bed, smart TV, heating and Wi-Fi The space The great beauty of the Summerhouse, is the tranquillity. To be so close to all that Cornwall offers, whilst then being able to retreat back to a peaceful private space is a breath of fresh air. The large private balcony for BBQ's or an evening drink whilst enjoying the sunset is a fantastic experience. Slipping into the wood fired hot tub is the perfect end to any day. However, even when the weather doesn't pay ball, the summerhouse is the perfect place to snuggle down with a good book. It gives all the warm and cosy cabin vibes, that make you feel totally at home and snuggled away from it all The Summerhouse also enjoys a private entrance and parking space just behind the cabin itself, so you can come and go as you please without being disturbed. Simply type Blankednickboltholes into your search engine. Guest access Guests have their own private access and parking (at the rear) to the Summerhouse cabin. To the front is a huge, enclosed balcony with a pretty gravelled planted area directly below, including the wood fired hot tub. It is tucked away, but still has fabulous views across the valley. To the side of the property is another gravelled area with seating (for up to 4) and a fire pit. To the side of the property is a small grassy area (for your private use) and a gateway into the planted area and hot tub. All guests also have access to our 6 acres of beautiful (dog friendly) grounds. It is a very special place indeed and guests are always wowed on arrival. Other things to note We are set in a fabulous location, between 2 villages (both with amenities, and village pubs - all walking distance). We are approximately 10 mins by train or car to either Truro or the buzzing harbour town of Falmouth, but are also brilliantly located for both south and north coast beaches and Cornwall's many attractions. When you arrive at the Boltholes you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere - surrounded by wrap around valley views and farmland. However, the truth is, you couldn't be better placed, and are actually never far from anywhere. Our location is loved universally by all guests that stay with us.
