Bay Shores - Sleeps 16 - Pool and Beach Access

Two large 4 bedroom cottages available to book as a pair sleeping up to 18 guests - on The Bay Filey Holiday Village - with access to a heated 20m pool and private beach access! The Bay, Filey is a 5 * award-winning, peaceful, holiday village with direct access to miles of stunning beach. Facilities inc swimming pool, sauna, steam room, gym, beauty room and dog friendly pub/restaurant and Italian Restaurant. Pets allowed (up to 4 dogs). The space Welcome to Bay Shores - A stunning combination of Meadow Shores and Coral Shores. Both cottages are owned by Jon and Angie and by booking the two cottages together guests can sleep up to 16 in 2 nearby sister cottages. (note these are about a 2 minute walk from each other) Meadow Shores Meadow Shores is the biggest property of the two at 1700 square feet - ideal for entertaining all the family from both houses Enter Meadow Shores through the side porch door into the spacious hallway with cloaks storage. To the left is a double bedroom with patio doors and ensuite shower room. Continue across the hallway through to the living room. There is a lovely fitted kitchen with breakfast bar, dishwasher, tall fridge-freezer, oven/hob, microwave and washing machine. Off the kitchen is a dining area with plenty of room for 8 people which leads to the stunning lounge area with log burner, multiple NEW large comfortable sofas and bifold doors onto the large patio with seating and amazing access to The Meadows edge. The sofa bed for the property is located in the lounge of Meadow Shores. Upstairs there is the stunning main bedroom suite with a kingsize bed, with an ensuite shower room, seating area with bifold doors onto the balcony with views to The Meadows and beyond. There are 2 further bedrooms each with 2 full size single beds and TVS - these share a large family bathroom. There are TVs throughout the property. There's a parking space for two cars and other spaces nearby for further vehicles. Meadow Shores is a large pet friendly house and is ideal for a large family with space for 2 dogs! Coral Shores Coral Shores is the smaller property of the two at 900 square feet - ideal for a base for 8 of your party! Enter into the property and use the large storage space for all your coats and shoes, Walk through the large dining room with extended dining table seating 8. Off the dining room is a WC and ground floor bedroom - ideal for multi generational family holidays. The other door leads to a large kitchen and lounge area with all the appliances you'll expect for a self-catering break including a large fridge / freezer and spacious lounge / seating area with stunning large corner sofas ideal for movie nights. The large kitchen / lounge to the rear of the property has French doors leading to a patio with BBQ area. The lounge area has a lovely corner leather sofa and SMART TV. Upstairs, the master bedroom has an en-suite shower room with rainfall shower. There is a further double bedroom and a twin-bedded room. The family bathroom has a bath and overhead rainfall shower. Central heating throughout. Parking is available directly outside the back door. Coral Shores is a large pet friendly house and is ideal for a large family with space for 2 dogs! Some amenities are chargeable locally like food and drink, tennis and any activities operated by Away Resorts such as Archery and Crafts. Guest access You will have access to the whole property, parking (near or right next to the house), private patio / deck. Each holiday comes with a bedding and towels, energy use and we supply a cot and high chair for the baby. We dontsupply bedding for the cot so thats the only thing you will need to remember! You get free use of the leisure pool, sauna, steam room and gym. Tennis is available for a small charge. The bay has many routes down to the beach and we supply you with information on this when you book via email. You can also book on any activities organised at The Bay for its guests (operated and charged by Away Resorts). Full information on how to book and the activities on offer are sent after booking.
