We rent a cozy and comfortable apartment in the Grisons mountains with beautiful views. The apartment is well equipped and in a quiet location just minutes from the ski slope. There is room for five people. The apartment has three bedrooms, a living room, a small bathroom and a small kitchen. A washing machine and dryer are available to you. In the vicinity are two restaurants and the train station is about 600 meters from the property. The space The apartment has a small functional kitchen. On request, a Tripp Trapp and a bed rail for children can be provided. In the living room, some toys, books and a game console are available. There is a shower as well as sink and toilet in the bathroom. If laundry has to be washed, laundry machine and dryer are available on the ground floor in the laundry room. The key can be found in the hallway in the apartment with the instructions for use. In the closet, among other things, there are also laundry basket and clothes rack. Vacuum cleaners and cleaning products are also provided. For a Swiss feeling, fondue can also be cooked, cutlery and pan etc. are present. Immediately in front of the house there is *one* parking space available. In the hallway, bicycles, scooters, etc., can also be stored in summer or skis, snowboards, etc. Ask questions or tips about things to do in the area.
