Located in the prestigious 7th arrondissement of Marseille, 500 meters from the Basilica and 1.3 km from the beach of the Prophets, this villa is ideal for an unforgettable holiday. Nestled in a quiet and secure area, it has a swimming pool (10x3.5) and private parking. The house, fully equipped with quality furniture, plancha, washing machine, dryer and reversible air conditioning, offers all modern comforts. On the 1st floor, the sleeping area includes 4 large bedrooms (1 king size bed, 2 queen size beds and 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms with walk-in shower, bathtub, vanity and built-in toilet. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes or closets. Ability to park 2 full size cars or 3 small city cars. Nearby shops, including caterers, cheese makers, butchers, en primeurs, cellar, pharmacy and grocery store, are within walking distance. In order to offer you the best welcome, we provide bed linen for the duration of your stay including sheets, blankets, bath mat and one bath towel per person. Towels not included.
