Casa Pé Na Areia - Suite 03

Located on the seafront, 10 minutes from the center and 5 minutes from the ferry (by car or van), the house is on one of the best beaches in Arraial D'ajuda (Araçaípe), with free access, directly through the yard, for guests. We have a large, gated parking space, offering convenience and security. Wi-Fi internet, swimming pool and 3 barbecue options, kayaks for touring (check availability). Great option for those seeking a family-friendly and quiet environment. The space On the same plot of land, there is a house where I live. The apartment block is located at the back of the house (separate structures). Guests have free access to the leisure area. There is a shared kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, air fryer, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots and basic utensils for preparing a meal. Guest access The vans, the most efficient form of transportation here in Arraial, pass by the door of the house, thus making it very easy for those who come by ferry and/or go to the center (they operate 24 hours a day). Around a 5-minute walk, there is a 24-hour convenience store (BOA IDEIA Convenience). They serve meals and there you can find most of the basic items. A little further on, there are two other options, TAK TAK Convenience (also 24h) and Sorella Bakery (a great choice for breakfast). Other things to note For accommodation with babies it is mandatory to present the documents of all guests of the reservation. It has a full linen (sheets, pillows and towels) Hairdryer Ironing Iron (request upon availability) This suite is located on the ground floor TV Smart 32 inch with internet access (no cable channels) There are two medium-sized pets and one large in the residence (they are tame, but I like to warn because they are loose in the leisure area). Quiet and light environment, THE USE OF SPEAKERS IS PROHIBITED. Access by non-guests is prohibited.
