The space Welcome to Blue Anchor House - a large 3 bedroom Detached beach house, ideal for a large family coastal holiday in arguably one of the finest locations on The Bay Filey holiday village - with pool and beach access included. Blue Anchor Beach House is located at the entrance to Blue Anchor Road - being really close to the leisure centre and playground this is a popular road and really family friendly. Take advantage of the two large parking spaces and deck and then enter Blue Anchor House through the step free door into the hallway with storage for shoes and coats. To your left is the master bedroom with kingsize bed and ensuite shower room with private deck, and next to this is the second king size room with en-suite and private deck. Finally there is a twin bedroom with en-suite and private deck area (with patio doors). Blue Anchor House is ideal for guests with limited mobility due to it being on one level and with little touches like reversed doors and smaller shower screens allowing access to all the amenities. Off the hallway to the right is the large open-plan kitchen / dining / lounge space with new leather sofa(s) and large SMART TV (with Netflix, amazon prime, Apple TV etc - bring your own logins). Exit through the large bifold doors to the spacious deck with family seating, ideal for alfresco dining or sitting out whilst the children play outside. There is a large outside deck level external shower and private "beach" bathroom with a WC and shower - ideal for washing boots and dogs after a day of fun! We leave a few games for our guests to use. Guest access You will have access to the whole property, parking (near or right next to the house), private patio / deck. Each holiday comes with a bedding and towels, energy use and we supply a high chair for the baby. You get free use of the leisure pool, sauna, steam room and gym. Tennis is available for a small charge. The bay has many routes down to the beach and we supply you with information on this when you book via email.
