The space Perfect for a single person or couple only, the unit includes a kitchenette with access to a microwave, toaster, kettle, hot/cold sink, mini fridge and all plates and cutlery. We do not provide other cooking facilities such as a stove or oven. The bathroom has a toilet, shower and hand basin, with towels/linen provided. Inside the bedroom, you'll find a comfortable queen bed, built-in robe, mirror, Smart TV and table and chairs for two. A reverse-cycle air conditioner provides year-round comfort. Stepping outside your bedroom door, you'll discover a private patio, second Smart TV, a 35⁰C heated spa, more than big enough for the two of you, sanitized regularly. You can enjoy outdoor dining on the patio while enjoying beautiful views of the lake, sunshine and later moonrise over the reflecting lake into evening. Spa hours 7am to 10pm Sunday to Thursday and 7 am to 11pm are strictly enforced. As we live in such a quiet area, guests are encouraged to keep noise to a minimum as sound travels. Guest access One car space parking is allocated on the driveway. Access to your suite is via a private entrance at the bottom of the driveway, guests will be given a lockbox code for their keys. The unit is locked off from the rest of the home. You will have access to the backyard and patio through a lockable glass sliding door in the bedroom. Use of the kitchenette, bathroom, bedroom and patio is exclusively yours during your stay. Katrina and Ken are now opening their slice of paradise up for others to enjoy. You can enjoy a stroll to the lake's edge, take a short 5-minute drive to the Lake Conjola Entrance and beach. You can see kangaroos and other wildlife up close. Take a trip into Milton or Ulladulla for a coffee or meal at the many cafes and restaurants or browse quirky shops and market stalls. Mollymook, Narrawallee, Ulladulla are a 15 minute drive south and boast beautiful beaches that are patrolled by Lifesavers and Professional Lifeguards during summer.
