Hello!! Welcome to stay at my accommodation Urban Suites, Jelutong. The building is stylish design, stunning architecture and strategically located perfectly in the middle of the Penang Island. The location is next to Jelutong Expressway and making easy to access Georgetown, Bayan Lepas or Ayer Itam. Our place is renovated and furnished to provide you with a comfortable stay be it a short breakaway or an extended stay. Come enjoy a spacious area where you could create some happy moments. The space The suites itself owns a very spacious floor area and is fully air conditioned to ensure your utmost comfort during your stay. The suites come with 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom and 2 Carpark. Bedroom 1 – 1 Queen Bed, 1 Single Bed Bedroom 2 – 1 Queen Bed, 1 Single Mattress Bedroom 3 - 1 Queen Bed, 1 Single Mattress Living Area – 2 Sofa Bed, Smart TV, Wi-Fi Bathroom – Water Heater, Body Wash, Shampoo, Towel Kitchen – Refrigerator, Induction Cooker, Kettle, Microwave, Cutlery, Utensils for simple cooking ** Light cooking like preparing fast and simple instant noodles are allowed, but not frying food or preparing meals with few courses, as this is a unit without a separated wet kitchen ** Others – Dining Table and Chair, Washing Machine, Hair Dryer, Iron, Iron Board, Emergency Kit Remark: Please book with the correct number of pax due to the beds will be arranged according to the number of pax stated during the booking. Guest access Car Park - 2 covered carparks lot in multistorey car park will be provided if you are driving. Facilities Floor – Guest can easily access to use the facilities which is located at Level 11 & 42, all the facilities are exclusively for registered guests. Please ensure you have your access card with you at all times as it is required to access all facilities and elevators. Other things to note Urban Suites is a privately owned suites and doesn’t have front desk reception counter. Once booking confirmed, we will guide you through all the check in and check out. This suite has up to 40 of facilities. Do bring along your swimming attire and sportwear. It’s a perfect place for a staycation as well, we hope all our guests treat it as your own home.
