Pool villa near Malmö and Copenhagen

The house is located south of Malmö, a few minutes to the Öresund Bridge, Malmö Arena and about 15 minutes by car to some of Sweden´s best beaches. The space The house is a wonderful stone house of 170 square meters from the 1930s. The garden is protected fron view and has patios in serveral directions. In addition to the heated, 29-30 degree pool (4x8m, with lockable pool roff) there is also an outdorr spa wiht space for 5, an outdoor room of approx 35 square meters with a 55.inch HD TV. The large gas grill is convenientlyt whitin reach of the conservatory. If you want to play footboll, badminton or bowler, there is 1500 square meters of lawn to play on. The driveway have room for 4 cars, 5 if you are at parking. Guest access Guests have their own access to the entire house and garden. Part of the garage are closed.
