Please Note: Maximum number of guests at the Dunes club is 6 at one time. Additional persons are $35 per day per person. Additionally, you're within walking distance to shops and golf, and it's only a three-minute golf cart ride to the world-renowned Palmilla Beach. Yes, you even have access to a six-person Rolls Royce golf cart. Your friends at Sun Cabo Vacations are looking forward to hosting you! PLEASE NOTE: The Palmilla Golf course now only has the 9 hole Ocean course open to the public. The other 18 holes are for members only. In addition, the Jacuzzi in front of the condo is under repair and not functional, however the Jacuzzi at the Dunes Club is ready for you! It's a 5 min walk. *** Please Note. This Property has the following Restrictions *** • Groups under the age of 30 and party groups are not permitted. • Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. • Any illegal drug use will result in immediate eviction. • Outside guests are only allowed with prior written approval. **Important Notes:** • Gated communities observe a 10 PM noise curfew. Excessive noise or unruly behavior may lead to fines or eviction. • Upon arrival, a signed check-in document and a valid credit card are required for any fines, damages, or incidentals. • A photo ID for the primary guest and a full guest list (names and ages) are necessary to confirm your booking. • Holiday stays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Week, and New Year’s Week) are non-refundable and non-reschedulable. Guest access As a guest of Villas del Oro 106, you’ll enjoy Platinum Member access to the exclusive Palmilla Dunes Private Club. This upscale facility features tennis, pickleball, and paddle courts, a modern gym, spa, semi-Olympic lap pool, lounge pool, hot tub, fire pits, kids’ pool, and recreational areas. You’ll also find a sports bar, restaurant, private movie theater, and luxurious locker rooms—perfect for relaxing and making the most of your stay.
