The Pedra do Índio cottage is located in the Visconde de Mauá Region, in a prime area, just a 5-minute walk from downtown Maringá MG. This is the perfect place to recharge your batteries, rest and enjoy the best that nature and the region has to offer The space Our chalet has a parking space for 2 vehicles, fast internet (50mb fiber optic) and Smart TV with subscription channels. In addition, we have a fireplace for colder days, a wood-burning stove and an outdoor area with a floor fireplace, barbecue, table, chairs and an umbrella. The house is distributed as follows: 1st floor: living room with wood stove, fireplace, SMART LED TV, dining table, a comfortable sofa for 4 people and a hammock for relaxing. In the kitchen, the house has a stove, refrigerator, microwave, mini electric oven and coffee maker, in addition to basic utensils. It also has a social bathroom with an electric shower. 2nd floor: In the master bedroom, we have a queen-size bed, home-office space, and a balcony with an amazing view. In the second bedroom, we offer 2 single beds and an extra bed, and in the third bedroom, a double bed. It is important to note that the second bedroom is a connecting room, that is, to access the third (which offers total privacy), it is necessary to go through the second. We also have, on the second floor, a second social bathroom, with an electric shower. Important information: - We do not provide bath and bed linens, only blankets and pillows. - We provide enough firewood for the period of stay. If replacement is required, we charge a fee.
