A cozy, recently renovated house that transmits energy, that of a FAMILY, which has loved and cared for it for years, and which now shares it with you!! As an AREA, you are already in the center of Rome, so you can move on foot or choose to use any of these public transport: METRO, TRAM, BUS. The space The apartment consists of: 2 BEDROOMS, 1 BATHROOM, 1 LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE. Each room has 1 double bed, and in the largest room it is possible, upon request, to add a bed (so you get a total of 5 beds). The apartment is equipped with: Air Conditioning, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, Washing Machine, Hairdryer, Iron, Nespresso, Kettle, Reading Corner, Children's Games. To welcome you, you will find a Welcome Kit including bed and bath linens, soaps, water, coffee pods, tea, washing machine and dishwasher detergent. Guest access In a populous and densely inhabited city like Rome, it is certainly healthier to stay on the UPPER FLOORS to avoid smog, street noise, and unpleasant visits from metropolitan animals. You will also certainly have more privacy and greater security. The apartment is on the fourth floor WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR, but I am sure that being dynamic and active people, this feature will not discourage you. I have lived there for years, even with children, and I find that climbing stairs is not only a good way to keep fit, but also a great reminder to remember that the best things in life take a little effort. Other things to note We are a family and we want FAMILIES to choose our apartment as well, at your disposal there is a COT and GAMES for children. In addition, having lived in the area and still living there, you will find a series of GUIDES made by us on what to see, what to do and how to get there, both with children, and as singles or couples. Before each check-in, the house is cleaned with eco-friendly products and sanitized.
