A beautiful, spacious condo in the heart of Midtown! This condo is in an ideal location—walking distance to multiple restaurants, bars, and parks—and only steps away from the trolley pickup. It is a 1 bed, 1 bath, almost 1200 sf and very spacious! It has a beautiful view of downtown, hardwood floors throughout, a stackable washer and dryer in the unit, and a specified, covered parking spot in a gated community. The unit is available for 30 days minimum. The space The condo features a long entrance-way that leads into a spacious living/dining area and kitchen. The bedroom is loft style with no structured bedroom door with a very large closet and bathroom. The bedroom has a cozy, king size bed. Bathroom features a shower and large tub. The kitchen has all of your cooking essentials including a stove, oven, microwave, and full refrigerator. There is a stackable washer and dryer adjacent to the kitchen. The living room features an abundance of natural light with a beautiful view of downtown. *note* some of the furniture is slightly different than the photos. The unit now has a small dining table in between the kitchen and living room where the blue chair used to be. One small pet is allowed on a case by case basis with a pet fee. Guest access You will have access to the full unit (almost 1200 sf of living space), the included covered parking spot inside the gated community, access to the rooftop patio that overlooks downtown, and all common areas of the condo building. Other things to note This unit is available furnished and only at a minimum of 30 days stay. Longer than 30 days stay are welcome! Price is negotiable for longer than 30 day stays. NO third party bookings. The tenant staying in the unit must be booking from their own Airbnb profile. STRICT no smoking policy inside the unit. Guest will be fined $500 if they smoke in the unit.
